Richard Woschitz a étudié le génie civil avec une spécialisation en structure à l’Université de technologie de Vienne et a obtenu son diplôme d’ingénieur en 1991. Après l’obtention de son diplôme, il est resté et a enseigné à l’Institut des sciences de la conception structurelle et de l’ingénierie de la construction en bois de cette même université, ainsi qu’à l’Institut fédéral supérieur d’enseignement et de recherche dans le domaine de l’ingénierie structurelle de Mödling. En 1996, il obtient son doctorat en sciences techniques.

Il est le PDG du groupe Woschitz qui met l’accent sur la construction à ossature légère ainsi que les structures et bâtiments durables. Chargé de cours à l’Université de technologie de Vienne, il est également un expert certifié dans les domaines de la statique, de la construction en acier, en verre et en bois. Il a notamment été récompensé par le prix d’ingénierie civile de Vienne et par le titre de Master Construction en bois Master h.c.

Richard Woschitz studied Civil Engineering with the focus on structural engineering at the Technical University of Vienna and graduated in 1991 with an engineering degree. After graduation he remained and taught at the Technical University of Vienna, Institute for Science of Structural Design and Wood Construction Engineering, as well as at the Higher Federal Teaching and Research Institute in Mödling field structural engineering. In 1996 he graduated as Doctor of Technical Sciences.

He is the CEO of the Woschitz group with the range of services of the general advisory body and the focus on lightweight construction and sustainability structures and buildings. Lecturer at the Vienna University of Technology, legally sworn and certified expert for the fields of statics, steel, glass and wood construction. Awarded the Vienna Civil Engineeirng Prize and in the title of Master Timber construction Master h.c.
